Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 24, 2026
Archie Home Services (“Archie Home Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides furniture assembly, custom closets, kitchen cabinets, and smart storage services across San Jose, the Bay Area, and Greater California. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through archiehs.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you — including your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”).
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly
When you submit our quote request form, we collect:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- ZIP code / service area
- Service requested and project description (optional)
We use this information solely to respond to your request, schedule your project, and communicate with you about our services.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information when you visit the Site through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies — including your approximate location (from IP address), device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and interactions with the Site (“Usage Data”).
2. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
| Technology | Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics (GA4) | Google LLC | Site traffic and usage analytics, conversion measurement |
| Meta Pixel | Meta Platforms, Inc. | Ad performance measurement and retargeting on Facebook/Instagram |
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of the advertising-related use of these technologies at any time using the Your Privacy Choices link in our site footer — see Section 6 below.
3. How We Use Personal Information
- To respond to quote requests and provide the services you ask for
- To communicate with you about scheduling, service updates, and customer support
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site
- To measure and improve our advertising, and to show relevant ads to prospective customers
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
4. How We Share Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose personal information to the following categories of third parties for the purposes described above:
- Service providers — our website host and our workflow/CRM automation tool, which routes your quote request to our team
- Analytics and advertising partners — Google (Google Analytics) and Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel), described in Section 2
- Legal and safety — where required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety
Under the CPRA’s broad definition, our use of Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel for advertising purposes may be considered “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands. You can opt out of this sharing at any time — see Section 6.
5. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share about you
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny you services or charge different prices for exercising your privacy rights
To exercise your right to know, delete, or correct, email us at office@archiesh.com or call (669) 302-3223. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
6. Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You can opt out of the sharing described in Section 4 at any time, free of charge, without creating an account:
We also automatically honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — if your browser or a browser extension sends this opt-out preference signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sharing, with no further action needed from you.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information you submit through our quote form for as long as necessary to respond to your request and provide services, and afterward for a reasonable period for record-keeping and legal purposes, typically no longer than 3 years after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
